In addition to price (see FAR 8.404(d) and 8.405-4), when determining best value, the ordering activity may consider, among other factors, the following: (1) Special features of the supply or service required for effective program performance. (2) Probable life of the item selected as compared with that of a comparable item. (3) Warranty considerations. (4) Delivery terms. (5) Past performance. (6) Price. The Government reserves the right to one-on-one discussions with quoters to clarify any information given. The Government reserves all rights to award all or none. This RFQ is for a single award.
