## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Washington DC Medical Services Program had an emergency contract request for peritoneal dialysis supplies. The vendor: KOFFEL MEDICAL SUPPLY Inc., shall for the duration of the contracting period (6-months) provide peritoneal dialysis supplies for the patients of the Washington, DC VAMC. This will include CAPD supplies, any type of solution, daily solutions usage, and supplies; in amounts based on prescription from our dialysis physicians.

CAPD (Continuous Ambulatory Perilloneal Dialysis) and CCPD (Continuous Cycling Peritoneal Dialysis) modalities supplies will be delivered per 28-day cycle. During this 6-month emergency procurement KOFFEL MEDICAL SUPPLY INC has agreed to honor their pricing of the last option year associate This was an emergency procurement in accordance with (IAW) FAF 6.302-2Â Unusual and compelling urgency. The contract period is for a maximum of 6 months and the total contract value is:
