Responses shall include detailed documentation to allow the Government to assess the responding firm s capability, as well as solicitation information. All responses received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be used to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
