All respondents must be registered in SAM data base, see https://www.sam.gov to include the completion of Representations and Certifications and registering with Vets 4212 at https://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.htm. At the time of bid submission, all bidders must be registered in VetCert at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ to be considered for award. All parties must obtain amendments to the solicitation through the web site. Hard copies will not be mailed. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the procedures specified in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a Invitation for Bids (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14. This project is being solicited as a TOTAL 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SDVOSB). The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45 million annual receipts for the past three (3) years.
