The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a construction contractor to furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision for the project titled Renovate C-Segregated Compounding Area for Hazardous Compounding at the Baltimore VA Medical Center located in Baltimore, MD in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical etc. Competition for this procurement is restricted to SERVICE DISABLED VERTERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB). Estimated construction cost range is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The offeror shall obtain any and all necessary licenses or permits required to perform this scope of work. Prospective contractors must be registered and certified online with http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and must be registered at http://www.sam.gov in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 to be eligible for award. Solicitation will be posted on/about April 14, 2025. A walk-through will be held on or about one week after the posting of the solicitation. These dates are estimates.
