Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, shipping, and transportation necessary to perform this service as per the attached price list. For clarification purposes, CO in this contract refers to the Contracting Officer and Site Point of Contact (POC) refers to the Contracting Officer s Representative. Task Orders: The Contracting Officer shall issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for each requirement identified by the medical center within the scope of this contract. The contractor shall furnish a detailed proposal to the Government, the proposal will consist of unit prices established under this contract and based on sampling services as outlined in Sections 4 through 9 of the scope of work (SOW).
