Award Notice Award Notice Page 3 of 3 Award Notice Award Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Central Office, Office of Specialty Care Services, VHA National Radiation Oncology Program (NROP), performed a comparative evaluation of offers in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) to determine which offer provided the best benefit to the Government.

The AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR RADIATION ONCOLOGY (ASTRO) submitted a very comprehensive proposal that meets/exceeded the scope of work required by NROP. The Vendor provided a technical quote and oral presentation that meets all requirements, they provided all credentials, and have multiple years of experience with VHA Radiation Oncology and similar medical fields.

The vendor provided dependable performance records to match the credentials as a subject matter expertise in the field of Radiotherapy and Radiation Oncology . The Government has awarded Contract No. 36C24524D0067 to ASTRO. The Contract is a 5-year Indefinite Requirement Contract. The total contract value including pricing year periods evaluated is:
