## Description

**Scope of Services:** The purpose of this requirement is to provide full-service maintenance and repair for twelve (12) Cepheid GeneXpert laboratory analyzer systems across the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 5 medical centers. The requirement includes the scheduled maintenance and corrective maintenance according to the manufacturer s recommendations/procedures. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified.
