## Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source the following requirement.

The Baltimore Department of Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) seeks software and hardware updates, maintenance, and technical support services for the Philips IntelliSpace Critical Care / Comp Record (as applicable) / Comp Record (as applicable) systems, in both the Test and Production environments, within the VISN Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMCs) The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and other items and services necessary to perform service and maintenance to support.

Equipment (Software) CS770 IntelliSpace CC & Anesthesia H Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Information received in response to this Notice will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The Baltimore VAMC intends to award this sole source to:
