**RFQ 36C24524Q0181 - Amendment #1 Questions and Answers:** NaTc04 in the statement of work as well as line item # 0003 is in the mCi amount, which can be equivalent to a multidose product. Yes, that is correct. Please provide pricing as it is historically. Line item 1007 is listed as a Unit Dose. The price difference is significant between the 2 unit of measures, and I was hoping you could clarify which Unit of measure we should use in our pricing. Please quote the pricing in millicuries.

It was noted that Macroaggregated Albumin (Tc-MAA) used in Lung Perfusion studies was not listed on the request for quote. We do not need MAA for lung studies at this time. The solicitation references an Excel sheet that I don t see attached. Is there a specific one you would like us to use? You can choose to provide the CLINS in your own excel sheet or with the solicitation provided. It was questioned if needing Myoview, which is in the product list was accurate. Myoview will remain on the list, as we would like to have this in stock.
