Johnson Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Clarksburg, WV intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed price contract for Construction Services. This project consists of HVAC repairs, door repairs and replacement of PIV Card Reader, CCTV and UPS Battery back-up work which the contractor shall provide all the labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, and supervision necessary for the construction services. All work for Project # 540-22-705GA IT Closet Infrastructure Upgrades will be at the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic at 2311 Ohio Avenue, Suite A, Parkersburg, WV 26101 in accordance with the solicitation documents. Performance period is 60 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation, specifications, drawings, and attachments will be available at https://www.sam.gov . Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on this website. All respondents must be registered in the SAM data base, please see https://www.sam.gov to include the completion of Representations and Certifications and registering with Vets 4212 at https://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.htm. At the time of bid submission, all bidders must be registered as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov to be considered for award. All parties must obtain amendments to the solicitation through the web site. Hard copies will not be mailed. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the procedures specified in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14. This project is being solicited as a TOTAL 100% SERVICE-DISABLED, VETERAN-OWNED, SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SDVOSB). The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45 million annual receipts for the past three (3) years. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 The solicitation package, amendments, and site visit minutes will be issued by way of SAM.gov website only. There will be a pre-bid, site visit for this project which will be held at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the site visit.
