## Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a new short term sole source replacement contract to a nursing facility in the VA Pittsburgh, PA catchment area for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at that facility. The sole source award will remain in effect until 09/30/2027 or until the facility can be transitioned over to a Veteran Care Agreement (VCA).
