Solicitation number 36C24426Q0900 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) radiopharmaceuticals. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The Pittsburgh, PA Contracting Office is seeking a supplier for Fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) radiopharmaceuticals delivered to the Philadelphia VA Medical Center located at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The Statement of Need (SON) is provided. Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. 2015-4235 Rev 27 Dated 07/22/24, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as an attachment. The period of performance (POP) is estimated to be 10/14/2026 10/13/2031.
