This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C24426Q0852.

This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 13 March 2026, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The Pittsburgh, PA Contracting Office is seeking procurement of Thermo Fisher iBright CL750 Imaging System to support the research activities approved under the VA Merit Award. Acquisition of the iBright CL750 Imaging System will provide the necessary imaging and analysis capability directly within the laboratory and facilitate timely completion of the approved research studies. The Statement of Work (SOW) is provided.
