THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System | University Drive This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide brand name Promega s GloMax® Discover System Fully Loaded & Dual Injectors with Pumps.

This equipment requirement is for the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System in support of a grant funded research project, located at 1 University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240 The full solicitation may be posted to SAM at www.sam.gov/opportunities on or around July 17, 2026. The full solicitation will be a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 334516 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The size standard is 1000 employees.
