## Description

The VISN 04, Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source award under the authority of FAR 12.102-1 for Lab Testing Services. Award shall be with the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, 3400 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Simplified acquisition procedures shall be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm priced, indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity for a three-year period.
