The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about February 4, 2026 The full solicitation will be an unrestricted set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 629911 Blood and Organ Banks; the size standard is $40M. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
