## Description

The Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 04 Office intends to negotiate a sole source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b) for Butler VA Medical Center s requirement of Philips HL7 Cardiovascular Extensions to Philips North America LLC at 414 Union Street, Nashville, Tennessee 37219. The sole source justification for this action will be posted after award. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price Federal Supply Schedule delivery order.
