The Department of Veteran s Affairs, Altoona Medical Center, Altoona, PA 16602, has a requirement for Preventative Maintenance and Repair (PM&R) for Ameriwater brand SPD Reverse Osmosis equipment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code being considered for this procurement is 811210, Electronic Precision and Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J064 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding Equipment-Water Purification and Sewage Treatment Equipment. The Small Business Size Standard is $34 million. Responses to this notice should include the following: Company name SAM UEI Company s address Point of Contact Information (i.e., title, phone number, and email address) Company s capability to meet this requirement and any pertinent information which demonstrates the company s ability to meet the above requirement. All necessary labor must be performed by an authorized Ameriwater Service Provider capable of providing materials, equipment, parts and travel to perform inspections on the AMERIWATER ROS 800 GPD REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM with Deionozer and Storage Tank (00HC-2050) at the James E.
