The acquisition type for this solicitation is a Request for Proposal and will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) primary code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the 2022 SBA Size Standard is $45.0M. The Construction Cost Range for this project (Magnitude of Construction) is between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.
