This project consists of but is not limited to the following: providing all the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to fully develop construction drawings and specification documents for the roof removal and replacement at Buildings 1 (AT), 21 (A21/C21/S1/B21), and 31 (A31/B31), Phase 3 per the specifications laid out in this SOW. The place of performance is the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Philadelphia VAMC, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104-4551. The magnitude of this VA A/E project is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 195 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
