## Description

The VISN 04 facilities of Lebanon VAMC and Philadelphia VAMC intend to negotiate a sole source award under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 for TempTrak iCare Service Agreements with TrillaMed LLC of 30100 Telegraoh Rd, Bingham Farms, MI 48025, Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity for a five-year period.

The NAICS Code is 811210. This special notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or request for orders. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
