NCO 4 has a requirement for Omnicell maintenance and support for the Wilkes-Barre VAMC. NCO 4 intends to sole source this requirement to Omnicell as they are the sole manufacturer, developer and exclusive provider of Omnicell products and support services for the Omnicell equipment.
