## Description

NCO 4 has a requirement for OmniCell maintenance and support for the Wilmington VAMC. NCO 4 intends to sole source this requirement to OmniCell as they are the sole manufacturer, developer and exclusive provider of Omnicell products and support services for the Omnicell equipment.
