## Description

Intent to Sole Source The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania intends to negotiate a sole source contract. The contract for the PittNet Services will be awarded under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 to University of Pittsburgh. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The NAICS Code is 611310 and the size standard is $34.5 Million.
