**NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:** The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source contract to Red One Medical. The Lebanon VA Medical Center has a brand name requirement for a Zimmer Rosa Robotic Knee System.

Zimmer Rosa Robotic Knee Systems is a robotic surgical assistant used in total knee replacement procedures to provide surgeons with data-driven, real-time insights for more personalized implant placement and accurate bone cuts. It creates a 3D model of the patient's knee, uses a robotic arm with sensors and optical trackers to ensure the surgical plan is followed, and helps the surgeon achieve better alignment and soft tissue balance for a potentially more natural-feeling and stable knee.
