## Description

Amendment A0003 is the 2nd amendment to the solicitation. Amendment A0001 was for the pre-solicitation. Please see attached amendment A0002 for the first amendment to the solicitation. The contractor shall provide all, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for construction of a project described here along with other specified tasks as further defined in an invitation for bid (IFB) for UD Replace B30 RTU-1 Coil & UV Light System (CON) No. 646-25-404.

The project shall be completed in accordance with current VA guidelines, EPA requirements, VA Specifications and developed specifically to meet local requirements for the UD Pittsburgh VAPHS in Pittsburgh PA. The resultant contract of this procurement is to provide required completion of the referenced project and perform construction.
