Specifically, the construction work will primarily consist of demolition, structural, carpentry, finishing, casework, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fire protection system, medical gas system, plumbing, and electrical work. The Magnitude of Construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard is $45.0 Million. The Period of Performance will be approximately 365 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
