## Description

The Erie VA Medical Center, Erie, Pennsylvania intends to negotiate sole source contract. The contract for the Water Sanitation Services will be awarded under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 to GLA Water Consultants, INC, 201 Burch Drive, Coraopolis, PA 15108. The Justification and Approval for this action is attached to this notice. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. This special notice serves as a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and it is not a request for competitive proposal and it is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
