## Description

Solicitation Amendment 0001 is issued to answer questions. Please see the attached information regarding Amendment 0001. Failure to submit quotes after the close date may result in the Government s inability to consider quotes for award. SF 50 Amendment is included in Attachment A. Contractors are required to sign and return the amendment with Section I Administrative as directed by the addenda to FAR 52.212-1. Contractor questions and answers are included in Attachment B.

Amendment 0001 must be acknowledged in writing along with the attached SF30 and quote response. Failure to submit the required signed amendment may result in the government s inability to accept your quote. No further questions will be accepted for this solicitation notice.
