The solicitation number is 36C24424Q0489 and it is issued as a Request for Proposals. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Act. The NAICS code is 621511. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-2. Offerors shall ensure quotes are in specific accordance with the requirements of the solicitation; both technical and personnel, the Instructions to Offerors on page 33 consideration and eligibility of award. Tiered Evaluations will also be conducted. The Wilkes Barre VA Medical System (WBVAMC) has a requirement for the service listed below. All work will be performed at our facility located at: Wilkes-Barre, PA VA Medical Center 1111 East End Blvd. Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 .
