Intent to Sole Source The Pittsburgh VA Medical Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania intends to negotiate a sole source contract. The bridge contract for the PittNett Network Access services will be awarded under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 to University of Pittsburgh The., 3520 Fifth Ave, Pittsburgh, PA. 15213. The Justification and Approval for this action is attached to this notice. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract.

The NAICS Code is 611310 and the size standard is $27.5 Million. This special notice serves as a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and it is not a request for competitive proposal and it is not a request for offers.
