## Description

1. The purpose of this amendment to Sources Sought notice 36C24226R0116, posted 08/13/2026 for the Renovate A214-A217 for New MRI, Albany VAMC project (528A8-CSI-806), is to respond to vendor questions.

Question 1: On page 11 of the solicitation, it reads, "Submission is to be no more than a total of fifty (50) pages." We request that this 50 page limit not include the requested attachments such as the signed 852.219-73, copies of licenses, and CPARs and PPQs. Please clarify?

Answer 1: The page limit only applies to part 1 of SF330 submissions, part 2 and supporting documentation are not subject to the page limit.

Question 2: On page 7 of the solicitation, it reads, "To be rated “ACCEPTABLE” for this evaluation factor, the A/E firm must be within 400 miles from the prime contractor’s main office or official satellite office to the Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208." Would you waive this requirement and if not, will a firm who is outside the mileage be non-compliant or can it still be considered for this opportunity?

Answer 2: Not having an office within 400 miles of the facility does not preclude your firm from being considered for this award. It is the second lowest weighted evaluation factor, so it has little impact on the overall evaluation.

Question 3: Would you extend the due date in light of the NAICS change and the recent holiday?

Answer 3: No.

All other information remains unchanged.
