It has been determined that there are qualified firms in accordance with Public Law 109-461 that are capable of performing under NAICS Code 238220, \"Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioing Contractors with a size standard of $19M. Therefore this procurement is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB businesses. The estimated construction value of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
