002 - This amendment adds wage determination 2015-4169 for Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Lewis, and St. Lawrence County.

001 - This amendment answers vendor questions and extends the offer due date to 09/14/2026 at 3:00pm EST. This firm-fixed price requirement is for courier services for the pickup and subsequent delivery of laboratory specimens, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, office supplies, and mail at the Stratton VA Medical Center, located at 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208 and additional CBOC locations listed in the SOW, from 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027, including four (4) ordering periods.
