All work completed under this contract shall comply with applicable Infection Control requirements and the New Jersey Administrative CodeA (NJAC) 5:23-8, Asbestos Hazard Abatement Subcode, and NJAC 12:120 governing asbestos abatement, licensing, and permitting requirements. The Contractor shall provide personnel, material, services, supervision and facilities to perform, accomplish, and deliver the required services detailed in this scope of work. The magnitude of this project is between 1 million and 2 million. The NAICS Code is 236220 \"Commercial and Institutional Building Construction\", with a size standard of $45M.
