Site Visit: Contractors shall email the Contract Specialist (Yasmin.Moses@va.gov) and the facility POCs (identified above) no later than 1:00 pm ET on Monday September 14, 2026, with their intention to attend.

Questions Period: The period for questions is hereby extended to 2:00 pm ET on Monday, September 21, 2026. All questions will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation by Friday, September 25, 2026.
