## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE ONLY This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Fletcher s Inspection & Service under statutory authority FAR 6.302-1.

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, as this requirement will be a continuation of a prior project, it would be in the best interest of the government to award a sole source contract to Fletcher s Inspection & Service. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide the requested services. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature.

The Government will not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested vendors must respond to this notice on or before March 20, 2026, at 10AM EASTERN TIME, by sending an email to kimberly.gomez@va.gov.

New York Harbor Healthcare System Fuel Tank Spill Prevention Inspection & Repair Services The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 2), New York Harbor Healthcare System (NYHHS) anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed-Price service contract to provide inspection, repair, and testing services to its underground fuel storage tanks (USTs).
