**NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:** -Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract IAW FAR 6.302-1, to Siemens Medical solutions USA, Inc. for the VA Outpatient Center Canandagua, NY VAMC for a Firm Fixed Price contract. Scriptpro USA THIS NOTICE IS NOT A RQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, HOWEVER, Any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. If no responses are received, the government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by March 13th 2026 @3:00PM EDT. Responses shall be submitted via email to Lorraine.Hussain@va.gov.
