**NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:** - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract IAW RFO 6.103-2, to Philips for emergency repair to proprietary equipment:

**INGENIA AMBITION 1.5T X, SN:** 47325, at the New York Harbor Medical Center, Brooklyn Campus.

The NAICS code is 811210: Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. - Ingenia Ambition 1.5T X is proprietary equipment to Philips North America, LLC. Philips North America LLC does not authorize any entity to provide service on proprietary equipment on behalf of Philips North America LLC. - THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response, due date and time.
