This requirement is to provide a comprehensive maintenance service contract for the New York Harbor Healthcare System 423 E 23rd St., New York, NY 10010 to service Hill-Rom s bed fleet. The requirement is to cover Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, components, accessories, software updates and repairs. Hill-Rom, Inc. is the sole-source supplier of factory authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer ( OEM ) replacement parts and accessories for Hill-Rom manufactured products. Hill-Rom, Inc. is also the sole-source provider of OEM trained and certified technicians who are qualified to perform maintenance on Hill-Rom equipment. Hill-Rom Inc. Service Team is the only provider of OEM parts, components and software. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements.
