This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process.
