## Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 (NCO 2), intends to solicit quotes from contractors for: Axiom Artis BPA (service and repairs as needed) for the Buffalo VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at: VAMC Buffalo 3495 Bailey Ave Buffalo, NY 14215 The VA anticipates posting an Unrestricted RFQ for this requirement to beta.SAM.gov on or about: November 25th 2021. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available.

The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://www.beta.sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.

**Description:** Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment as well as proof of certification if required in the Statement of Work (SOW) to service, inspect, repair and maintain the Axiom Artis equipment currently located at the Buffalo VAMC. Vendor shall include proof of certification along with quote submittal. All responsible sources may submit complete quote packages. Complete packages shall be considered by the Agency.
