This Service and Maintenance Agreement is to include licensing, service, maintenance, and upgrades for AGFA PACS. All services are covered under the national DinPACS contract: SPE2D116D0013. This requirement will be for VISN 2. AGFA is the sole-source supplier of factory authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer ( OEM ). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements.
