The Contractor shall furnish professional and install all labor and material necessary to construct the items required in the specifications and drawings associated with this project. The work shall include work covered by specification divisions 1 (general conditions), 2 (existing conditions), 3 (concrete), 5 (metals), 6 (wood, plastics and composites), 7 (thermal and moisture protection), 9 (finishes), 13 (Seismic Restraint Requirements for Non-Structural Components), 22 (plumbing), 23 (HVAC), 26 (electrical), and 31 (earthwork). The NAICS Code is 238220 "Boiler, heating and installation", with a size standard of $19M.
