NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - James J. Peters VA Medical Center The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Hologic, Inc., for a service maintenance requirement covering the ThinPrep 2000 Processor and Compass Stainer instruments at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, located at 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468-3904.

The scope of services includes yearly preventative maintenance, a yearly customer care call, on-site service and application support, and phone technical support.
