Provide responses to the RFI Provide Site Visit Sign in Sheet DELIVERY OF BIDS 1. In accordance with FAR 14.202-8, the government is authorizing electronic bids on this solicitation. ALL bids shall be emailed to Samantha Chavanga, Contract Specialist, at samantha.chavanga@va.gov and timestamped by 9:30 AM (EST) prior to the bid opening time.
