Peters (Bronx) VAMC, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract to CENSIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC. under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) (1)(ii) to CENSIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC., located at 4031 ASPEN GROVE DR STE 350 FRANKLIN, TN 37067 for the Censis Zebra TC52-ax PDA Standard Bundle and FIPS Compliant wireless scanner. This requirement is to maximize the use of the Censis Technologies and Censitrac Instrument Tracking System, which are currently deployed at all VISN 2 medical centers. They are also compatible with the existing system that the Sterile Processing Department currently owns and uses as a direct plug-and-play to ensure compatibility. Thus, it allows instant access to avoid interruptions to the patient. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334118 Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing and the PSC is 7E21 (IT and Telecom - Mobile Device Products, Hardware And Perpetual License Software).
