This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 , System for Award Management, perspective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. General Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary and appropriate labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to provide the parking lot services at the facility beginning on October 1, 2025. This shall include staffing, supplies, uniforms, signage, insurance and training. After contract award, contractor employees will be required to obtain a VAMC Contractor Identification Badge and each employee will be fingerprinted.
