## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 effective August 07, 2025. This solicitation is set-aside for 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 800 Employees.

The FSC/PSC is 7125 Cabinets, Lockers, Bins, and Shelving. The Network Contracting Office 2 located at 20 Madison Avenue Ext., Albany, NY 12203 is seeking to purchase two (2) Sterile Storage Cabinets for the VA New Jersey Healthcare System. This is a solicitation for two (2) Air Innovations Sterile Storage Cabinets (SSC4500DX) - Brand Name or Equal, and the salient characteristics are identified in the Combined Synopsis document.
